New Concrete Spreader increases Production Capacity
In Gars am Inn in Upper Bavaria it was decided to replace the 20-year old concrete spreader in the existing carousel system with a new automatic concrete spreader from EBAWE. The new eCon Drive® spreads the fresh concrete quickly and accurately – the data come from the control system. The modular structure, increased ease of maintenance and the new augers and spiked roller mounting of the new development are features giving it the edge over other machinery. The new DuraScrew augers discharge the concrete precisely from the bucket and the new composition of the material offers a considerably longer lifetime. With the new eCon Drive® Schwarzenbeck is able to fill several pallets twice a day. The additional production requirement has led to a further order for five more pallets.
