I-System – Fully automatic processing of insulation material

In times of climate-neutral construction, the demand for concrete elements with integrated insulation is growing. Applications such as sandwich walls, insulated double walls, wood-concrete or other hybrid elements often present a challenge, as the insulation must be cut to size, drilled and milled – a process that previously required a lot of time and labor.

Our new I-System offers the solution: a fully automatic production line that processes insulation materials with maximum precision.

The newly developed system consists of various stations for storing, separating, gluing and optimizing the offcut, labelling, cutting, milling and water jet cutting of the insulation material, right through to the fully automatic insertion into the pallet.

The modular design allows adaptation to your customer-specific requirements. Storage and handling robots take care of storage, retrieval and transport of the insulation material to the individual stations. The chips produced during milling are extracted and collected for sustainable reuse.

The individually processed panels are used in the manufacture of precast concrete elements with integrated insulation and in a wide range of applications in the construction industry in general.
