Finished wall elements must be transported and installed in a vertical position. The tilting equipment simplifies the demoulding of the cured wall elements, making the operation with the production pallets safer and easier for the operators.

The production pallet is lifted over the arms of the tilting equipment and secured. A locking device operated by hydraulic cylinders secures and holds the pallet.

At customer request we manufacture the tilting equipment with mobile stairs. This simplifies the demoulding process for the operator.

We can also design the tilting equipment with a support beam, which gives additional grip on the element during the tilting process.

Optionally the tilting equipment is available in a configuration driven from the rear. This allows a production pallet to be moved longitudinally when the tilting equipment is raised.
