Release agent spraying device
To allow the concrete elements to be removed from the pallet without problems later in the process a release agent must be applied to the production pallet shuttering surface. For this purpose the pallet surface is sprayed with a release agent.
Clean application for clean final products
The release agent spraying device is fitted with rotary nozzles, which ensure that the agent is applied evenly on the shuttering surface. Either the whole shuttering surface or just the surface to be covered with concrete may be sprayed with a release agent. A tank positioned under the machinery collects the residual release agent.
Variable design to meet your requirements
The release agent spraying device is available in stationary and mobile versions. The device can also be fitted with a lifting system or a heating system for the release agent tank.
